My name is Laura Fairchild. I love period pieces and romance. My favorite novel is Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen. I just produced romantic comedy feature film, Apples & Airplanes, which is currently in post-production.

Delta Commercial

I was honored to play Ms. Bodeheim in this Delta commercial centered on real-life stories from letters for their 100 year anniversary celebrations. Our particular story took place in 1948, which was a joy to be a part of.

I’ll be spending all of April in NYC producing with an amazing team. I just finished acting in two short films, as well as a commercial and a modeling job for a haircare educational resource, Curlology. I’m excited for more commercials and films this month, before heading to NYC!

After graduating from University of Southern California, I spent several years in Hong Kong performing in commercials, film and theatre. I am currently based in Atlanta (where I am originally from!), and have forged into producing which I love to balance with my acting work. I have a particular passion for female-driven stories.

Acting

I have been the principal in over 30+ commercials, and have both acted in and produced various short films. I was the lead in indie spy/thriller feature film “Tip of the Iceberg”, which just released theatrically in Hong Kong. I’m currently in post-production on romantic comedy feature film Apples & Airplanes which was shot in the Caribbean and Atlanta.

Modeling

I have modeled for clients including: Kenmore, Sunheist Eyewear, Triumph, Chase Sapphire, Lodge Cast Iron, ZAGG and Unspun. I was a fitting model for Ralph Lauren and Esprit. I walked in the Epic Group show as part of “Made in Bangladesh” week.
